[Review] 来到你的世界 Expected Episode 1 - 23 (End)
E'nuff said. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOW!!!
At first glance we could've mixed it up with Korean's W - Two Worlds, and yes I could hardly deny that (since it's not the first day Mainland is guilty of outright plagiarism), but it is almost a call for celebration that the idea successfully steps out of its precedent's shadow and blossoms into something so beautiful and witty. I love your twists and creative juices, Show.
For a start we follow a similar trajectory, where the protagonist He Jie got smashed by a billboard plastered with his own comic'a antagonist and was subsequently pulled into the comic world created by himself. Further probing leads us to learn that He Jie has a quest to be completed - Modify the ending the female antagonist who'd suffered due to his illogical settings for her, and give her a redress of grievances.
And then, he fell for this selfless and courageous girl.
Actually, me too. If we remove those cruel setups for her, Lu Zi Xin is such a pleasant and admirable person. Her determination not to be defeated, her capacity to love and sacrifice for people she loves, her firmness to her principles are those few reasons our fluttering hearts were captured and locked together with her. My brimming tears when she said that she will remain at the same place till He Jie remembers, and when he remembers, he will know his way back home to her. Imagine putting her through this searing pain when saying those words. Compared to a blank face, I'd rather He Jie not return at all.
But luckily, as all idol dramas do, he recovers from his goddamn amnesia. Hurray! Let's pray and kowtow to the God of Flower!
Most likely you'll pick on some silly (and illogical) plot on the way, but putting that aside and looking from a bird eye's view, I'd rate this show as one of the nicest Chinese dramas around in recent ages. The acting was awesome, the plot was tight, the cast was super eye-candy, and best of all, it's only twenty three episodes! Easily accessible on youtube wahahaa have a go at it when your weekend is boring!
