[Review] Moorim School Episode 13 - 16 (End)

Given that I'm on Yoon Shi Woo's ship long time ago, staying objective has become the hardest thing to accomplish in this show. Turns out it's a bigger toil to tolerate Wang Chi Ang's ballooning angst, and all my fingers were crossed for this drama to end quick. Like real quick.

We can't fault the story line for being dull (in fact it is fairly packed with conflict), but I do find it lacking in terms of suspense. Most of the times we are just waiting for the characters to discover things that we have already known, and impatiently prodding them (in our hearts) to take the next action when they finally caught up with our pace. I don't know. It just feels boring to be ahead of the show all the time, and not the other way round.

But I do love how the message that real power actually comes from within (and not from some Chintamani) was put across. Our protagonists showed true nobility and friendship for not being blinded by power, and for that, makes them more powerful than anybody else.

Luckily we are able to pair people off nicely at the of the show, and for the strangest reason, the show decides to be good to Yeob Jung by letting him flaunt his smile for once to end his part. Like er. Haha. I really have no liking for this chap (who has proven his unworthiness throughout the drama), so even a sparkling grin couldn't revive his reputation, unfortunately. All in all, a happy ending, class has ended for Moorim School! Goodbye! Bye Yoon Shi Woo!
