[Review] Ouroboros: Let's Go Back Home

Another solid drama that sweeps us off the feet completely. Take it and cry hard, no one's looking.

Ouroboros ended on a heartbreaking note as both dragons fell with broken wings, hand in hand, side by side. Ikuo chose to leave with Danno, as he pulled the trigger and ended his life. Me and my uncontrollable sobs.

Bromance rocks harder than romance in this show, apparently. Spot a glint of Maous? I'm a sucker for it.

In general, an impressive execution of emotions, well played out by the two veteran actors, as well as Ueno Juri (she's a total gem!). The story can turn a little sluggish and manipulative at the back (how many times do you want to change your golden watch owner lol), and oh, I was pretty unsatisfied with the sudden submissive attitude of the biggest mastermind, which we have been chasing for the past 10 episodes and poof, he's turning himself in. What?! But it is eventually made up for by the solid performance of the cast, who delivers to us one of the finest J-dramas for this first half of 2015. Cheers!

A short preview done by some fan which is pretty good!
