Collection of SNU package + SushiTei at JEMS + Buying my virgin luggage!
The beginning of Surrealism.
Made a trip down to NUS to receive my SNU package, jolly accompanied by pok who finished her work at nvps in the afternoon. Speaking of nvps (aka my primary school), I was pretty overwhelmed by the sea of primary school kids being active on campus. Tried to act like a ninja as I sneaked down the memory lane to the basketball court situated near the legendary haunted classroom. Yunno, not for anything but just for fun, to see if it's still as haunted as ever.
Supposed to meet zhen to buy luggage at IMM but due to some time miscommunication (actually I thought we were supposed to meet at 4.30pm), I felt very bad to hold her up and so we came to an agreement that pok shall come with me instead! Haha. And so we nua-ed out of NUS, nua-ed abit at clementi mall, and slowly nua-ed our way to Jems. Well, Jems isn't that astounding as described by cheryl, at least to me it's merely another building crammed with the usual franchises ubiquitously seen in Singapore. A little disappointed, but luckily this perked me up!

Had my br-unch-inner at Sushi Tei, damn the standard is so ups. Especially the unagi tamago roll, I strongly recommend it though it cost a big fat $11 just for four rolls. But then, it's always worth the burn of pockets in exchange for heavenly food. Literally in heaven during food tasting.
Ok I don't know what this is called but apparently you always see this in Japanese shows where they will introduce this street snack. The only difference I would say is, original comes in pancake/bread style but this is wrapped in ice-cream cone biscuit shaped like a fish. Actually I have the nudging feeling that this isn't what I thought it should be, since the fillings and temperature are different too. Ok, I shall conclude they are different, and that I've just tasted this awesome ice-cream filled with red beans and chocolate. No lose out anyway.
Yeah I need to recommend this too. The top right hand is basically a sotong tempura dish, trust me it's superb. A perfect appetizer before getting down to real business - Curry rice. I told pok this curry rice has kicked fly all previous curry rice tasted in my life, and is gloriously crowned as the King curry rice by the Great Me. Even better than those restaurants that specialise in curry rice. If not for a bloated stomach I would have licked the plate clean.
After my failed attempt to convince pok to stay rooted to SushiTei for another 1 hour (We've been eating for 2 hours), off we walked to IMM to get my mission completed. And so... Jang jang! Eventually I did not get my desired hardcase lightweight ultra chio luggage but go for the no-risk soft cover one. Alright, that aside, at least I can finally start packing!
Bloopers! A demonstration of decapitation.
