Win. How to rise from a small OL, have two dumb 5Cs guys twirling in her hand, and be poached with pouring gold and shares and cars. Put it simply, how to be the Queen of SOP (To be honest I still don't get what SOP stands for)? She's having the last laugh, the scheming queen lol.
With 30 episodes that got you screaming at the length of it, this is one of the long lost typical shows we see in the past, aka two princes seizing over a pitiful maiden and then it goes HECK I DONT NEEDA Y'ALL COZ IM THE ALMIGHTY SUPERWOMAN. Of course there're sweet moments with the knight arriving in shining armor to pick the pathetic bloke up, or the angsty moments antagonists trying to ruin all good things up, but what more can you expect out from a Taiwan-China-Hongkong collaboration? We have to teach the right Chinese values, such as forgiving with a Big heart even though your enemy tries very hard to run you over with a car, or gets you on the verge of sleeping on the streets. Yunno, a bigggg heart. On a side note, zi qi, please just get yourself another girlfriend can't you. Hovering around a taken is definitely not a good investment, ain't it so?
Ok not entirely discrediting the drama, because it did bring me touchy moments or have me squirming in delight. All I would say is, a decent show in which fast forwarding wouldn't hurt (especially the uncles' daily gatherings to conspire). Oh right, and mingdao's guest appearance definitely helps to achieve more thumbs up for The Queen of SOS, as we get the chance to see our favourite dangou-tianyu reuniting in London for more interactions after Prince Turns Into Frog in 2005. Nothing can ever beat this pairing, seriously, it's a classic.
